Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that uses light touch to listen to and work with the body’s subtle rhythms, patterns, and areas of tension. Rather than forcing the body into change, CST supports the nervous system and encourages the body toward greater ease, balance, and self-regulation.

CST can be a deeply relaxing experience and may be used to support tension, stress, nervous system regulation, chronic patterns of discomfort, and overall body awareness.

An important part of Cranio is allowing the body time to respond and integrate between techniques. The session isn’t necessarily continuous hands-on work—sometimes the most therapeutic thing is simply allowing space for the body to do what it needs to do.

60 minutes: Great for focused or introductory work.
75 minutes: More time to dive deeper or explore multiple areas.
90 minutes: Recommended for more complex or intricate work where we want to give your body plenty of time to respond.
