Initial Appointment: This extended first appointment includes time to discuss your health history, symptoms, stress levels, and treatment goals before receiving a personalized Craniosacral Therapy session. The additional time allows for a thorough assessment and helps ensure your care is tailored to your unique needs and experiences.

75 Minutes - $150
90 Minutes - $175

Follow Up Appointment: This session builds on your previous CST work and continues your nervous system care. We’ll briefly check in on any changes in symptoms, stress levels, or overall wellbeing since your last visit, followed by a gentle, individualized treatment to support nervous system regulation, balance, and integration.
