Live nearby? Select Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready, usually within 1–2 business days (often sooner). Pickup instructions will be included in your confirmation.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

Delayed, Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our hands and is marked as delivered, we are not liable for delayed, lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, please check with the courier or contact us—we’ll help however we can.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit as quickly as possible.
