Damages & Issues

La Luma Spa & Aesthetics is not responsible for adverse reactions or sensitivities to ingredients. If you have concerns about specific allergens, please contact us prior to purchase so we can help you make an informed choice. We also are happy to provide a product sample for you to try before you buy.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can assess the situation and determine next steps.

 Refunds are not guaranteed, but we will always review every case with care.
